We all know that the Breakfast it is the most important meal of the day, but in these quarantine days we often don't know what to consume: here are some useful tips.

These days, we are all experiencing an extraordinary situation to allow the contagion to stop New Coronavirus. Nutrition therefore becomes complicated and we often tend to eliminate certain foods during the day, often the sacrificed meal is breakfast.

The first meal of the day, however, should never be eliminated if anything lightened. Among the many foods that we can eat in the early morning there is light yogurt, preferably with 0% fat, or partially skimmed milk.

Both of the foods just mentioned can be seasoned with a teaspoon of honey and with a handful of cereals better if whole and rich in fiber.

An alternative height can be that of fruit, in fact, this food can be eaten early in the morning and in the hours preceding lunch the sense of satiety will increase.

It is now common knowledge that the Breakfast it is the most important meal of the day and for this reason the food we consume must be as much as possible healthy is nutrients: here are some tips.

Among the foods that we can eat early in the morning, as mentioned in the previous paragraph, we find skim milk and yogurt preferably with 0% fat.

Obviously the choices are many and really for every taste. In fact, among the foods you can also choose from the vegetable ones including: soya milk, almond milk, rice milk or vegetable yogurt.

All the foods just mentioned can be seasoned with cereals, dried fruit or fresh fruit.

There is the Porridge little used in Italy, but very nutritious and satiating. For the preparation it will be enough to have at home: milk (from cow or vegetable), oat flakes, salt and water. For the preparation, just soak the oat flakes in the milk an hour before preparation, then cook and season as desired.
