If we choose to opt for a savory breakfast we must choose the right foods, limit the quantities and choose the right way to cook them; for example, if we choose to consume the salty version, we will have to consume the cold cuts only twice a week and no more. Obviously, only extra virgin olive oil should be considered as a condiment.
