The spinach, especially in winter, they are part of ours daily diet but often we don't know benefits and the property: that's why they make you lose weight.

Very often, especially if we are on a diet, we fall victim to a terrible fa that leads us to take sweets and junk food with the result of gaining weight. Some scholars of the Lund University, Sweden, have found a miraculous way to resist temptation.

According to the scientists, in fact, it would be enough to consume a centrifuged spinach in the morning and you're done. Hunger, according to the researchers, would be reduced by thylakoids present within the vegetable in question and also all the other dark green leafy vegetables.

The research was conducted by Dr. Charlotte Erlanson-Albertsson who, after a series of studies, asserts that taking a centrifuge of these vegetables before breakfast would increase the feeling of satiety and during the day the intake of junk food would be reduced.

The spinach they are a food often used within a correct and balanced diet, but sometimes we do not know the many benefits and the different properties of this vegetable. A study conducted in Sweden at the Lund University found out how, thanks to thylakoids, this vegetables allows you to lose weight.

The researchers monitored 38 overweight women. The volunteers in question were then divided into two groups, one group was given the spinach extract, while the second a green drink.

Obviously, the participants did not know if they had drunk the spinach extract or a simple drink. The group of women who took the spinach extract for 90 days lost 5 kilos, while the other group of women only 3.5 kilos.

Women were required to eat only three meals a day, those taking thylacoid extract did not have any problems, while the rest did.
