During the quarantine, due to containing and limiting the infections from New Coronavirus, snacking can be a real problem especially if we don't just open the kitchen cabinet and swallow any food that happens to us: here are some simple and quick tips.

Summer is around the corner and although for now, for obvious reasons, none of us are making long-term plans, we must begin to prepare for the dreaded costume test.

These days one of the most important things to do is not to sit on the sofa, but to move around even if it can be complicated at home. On the web, however, there are many videos that you can take as an example and start a relaxation plan, but you must also take care of nutrition.

Among the light snacks that you can eat there are bread and jam or the dried fruit (10 almonds or 3 shelled walnuts.

The snack morning and mid-afternoon can be a real problem especially in times of New Coronavirus, but with some simple, quick and above all recipes light it can become a real pleasure.

To break hunger, especially in the afternoon, a good alternative can be to spread a teaspoon of honey on a thin slice of toast on the plate. The decoration of this snack can vary, in fact, you can use: dried coconut flakes; chopped walnuts; almond flakes or hazelnut flakes.

Another alternative to consider is that of low-fat yogurt, perhaps garnished with a little dried fruit or berries.
