As for fruit, however, you can eat: oranges, bananas, kiwis, blueberries, pineapples, grapefruits and much more. Dried fruit, even if in moderate quantities, can be safely consumed.

A food that should never be eliminated is water. This, in fact, helps hydration of the body and thanks to the expulsion of the urine the body is purified. Exercise is very important, even a walk of twenty minutes a day can really help.
