Despite production problems in China due to the Coronavirus, confirmations continue to arrive regarding the debut of the new iPhone 9 (or SE 2) which could arrive in stores already by end of March.

Apple would thus make a great gift to its users: four years after the launch of theiPhone SE, the Cupertino company is ready to launch a second version that is just as cheap compared to the costs of the American giant. The name, which everyone expected to be iPhone SE2, could instead be replaced with iPhone 9, in order to “close” the chain that started with the first iPhone and continued until iPhone 11.

The new entry level of the American house will be able to count on a 4.7-inch display with HD resolution and the design will be very similar to that of iPhone 8.

In the back there will be a single 12 Megapixel camera while the selfie cam will be 8 Megapixel. The fingerprint sensor will return to the central home button like the old IPhone SE which went out of production in September 2018.

Since then the American giant has no longer presented a cheap replacement in the range smartphone. Among the features that should be present on the new low cost jewel, there is talk of the introduction of Face ID, facial recognition, more 3 GB of ram, while it will not be connected 5G.

How much will iPhone 9 really cost?

As for the costs, the rumors of the last few hours speak of a possible base price of 399 dollars and in Italy it could reach less than 450 euros. If this is confirmed, the iPhone 9 could become one of the best value-for-money devices on the market.

the new iPhone is the perfect smartphone for all those who have hated devices in the past two years and its goal is to oversee a market segment that guarantees a high volume of sales. With the iPhone 9 we return to the old design so dear to Apple smartphones

What worries us at the moment is the exit date of the iPhone 9. Most iPhones assembled in Chinain fact, they are in the hands of two manufacturing companies under contract with Apple, namely Foxconn and Pegatron. Both are about 500 km away from Wuhan where the epidemic broke out.
